1997 Newmar 5.9

I have a 1997 Newmar Kountry Air with a 5.9 commins front engine with a 4 speed allison transmition. I have increased 5.9 to about 350 hp but would like to switch to Allison 6 speed. Will it bolt rite up and what other probolemes will I encounter
