Many Dodge Cummins engines make a squeak on shut down. It's common on shut down because it uses a fuel cut off to stop the engine. The engine stops very quickly and the rotating mass of the belts and fan makes the squeak. If you buy another belt it will also squeak. Learn to live with it.

Napa or Carquest. I just took my old one in and they matched it up. 1999... good time to replace it, before it goes. Keep old one for a spare. Don't live with a problem waiting to get worse!

At that age the belt should be replaced anyway, a broken belt is not fun-even if you do have a spare in the toolbox. While the belt is off closely inspect the idler pulleys. Their bearing do fail, and a squeaking noise is a warning of imminent failure.
