Interesting read, because I have been looking for this same information. I have a 98 HR 40' Imperial w/8.3L and I pull a 32' Enclosed trailer. I am in limbo on what programmer to purchase.
Has anyone else tried any other companys and have and Good or Bad Feedback?

Are you expecting too much from a 30,000 lb beast?
I don't tow much weight, just an Accord on a dolly and my rig has no problem climbing 7% grades. Just drop it to 4th gear and get it. It's not a dragster off the line but usually is at freeway speed limit at the end of entrance ramps.
