We just had our turbocharger rebuilt by Diesel Injection Service in San Bernardino. Prior to the rebuild the best output on a hard pull was 23.1 lbs of boost, read on a Silverleaf program.
I would like to hear from other ISC owners about what they are seeing. Also, had the stock muffler replaced with the 4040 AeroTurbine muffler and I expect this could change boost number.
I do know that the fuel mileage for a 30,000 lb MH is excellent, compared to some of the numbers others are reporting.
Enjoying the weather in Indio, so not much road experience for the next month.

On our trip back to the NW from Indio the best reading we are getting is 23.3 psi. The turbo spools up much faster with the aeroturbine 4040 xl muffler and it appears that the mileage is going to be a bit over 3/4 mile better. Cannot confirm that yet without doing a few more fillups.
Prior to having the turbo rebuilt and installing the Aeroturbine muffler we were getting 9.36 MPG w/toad over 16 fillups.

Beagle, I use a Road Relay and on our last trip down south to Florida, I saw a maximum boost of 23.3 and our turbine is the original.

I have already removed the stock muffler and put in a MBPR M2050 performance muffler. I'm very glad I did as my performance has improved (quicker), engine runs cooler in town (used to get up to 205-210, now barely makes it over 185) and fuel economy improved slightly (7.3 to 7.6).

I had also replaced the air filter. I had used a standard filter, not a K&N or other performance filter and replaced it with a standard filter. I guess you could get more performance out of a K&N or other type of performance filter. But I'm a little paranoid when it comes to dirt in the turbine and the intake.

Beagle, I have a 2000 Alpine with a 350 Cummins and was getting similar mpg before I had the ECM reprogrammed. Now I am lucky to get 8.5 mpg. You can read my recent posts on this topic. Just a heads up.
