One of my fuel lines from my fuel distributor to an injector is leaking. My repair facility has ordered a new one as they suspect the old one has a crack in it. Is this a common problem and could this have been a result of the poor ride characteristics that this coach exhibited before my trailing arms were replaced?

Since you don't list model year or any other coach information in your profile, it's impossible to answer your question specifically. Cummins did have a recall for certain ISC (8.3L) engines due to cracking fuel injection lines - the fix was to add additional support brackets.
Sorry about that, 2003 Safari Sahara. Not sure if it's ever been recalled however the lines appear to be well supported. I will suggest to my repair facility to check to see if this motor was on the recall list. Thanks for the info and I'll update my profile
The additional supports aren't so much about actual line support but rather are added to raise the natural frequencies of the injection line spans and to provide additional line damping to tune out vibration that can lead to cyclic fatigue failures.
