That might be a little low. Get a reading on a actual pressure gauge. I would want to see 30 p.s.i. at load.

The boost on my '99, was 28 psi. before installing the Banks system. After Banks, 35. Just my observation.

The 02 is a totally different beast from the 07 insofar as fuel systems, turbo sizing, etc. are concerned. My 2002 5.9L Cummins HO in my Dodge 3500 was limited to about 22.5 psig boost from the factory at which point the turbo wastegate opened. With an Edge EZ and its associated "boost fooler", maximum boost went to 34 psig, but for a stock 2002 24V 5.9L 275 bhp, 23.5 psig sounds about right.
