This is on a 2006 Holiday Rambler Scepter with the Cummins ISL 400HP. Engine has about 20,000 miles on it. I can only imagine this happening to an over the road trucker with only this many miles. I would imagine he would be ready to do great bodily harm to someone and I can say I am not very pleased myself. Any recommendations on further actions other than biting the bullet and paying for a new CAC and installation. Thanks

From past exper, I've never seen oil in a CAC when turbos fail, most cases
The oil goes out tail pipe and smokes like a coal train only the
smoke is blue . Unless you put your finger in the tube of the CAC and
felt an oil residue , I would get 2nd opinion or find somebody
that can flush it.
Just my thought
