Check Engine Lite Cummins ISL

Have a intermitting check engine lite coming on my DSDP 2005 with a Cummins ISL 370HP. The Lite and buzzer is coming on after driving down the hwy and pulling into a rest area. After shuting down and sitting for about five min. it goes out when restarted and was driven until pulling into another rest area. Another time it came on after it idled for about 10 min.
Have stopped at Cummins Power South on 4-6-11 in Jacksonville Fla.(Still Here on the 16th), they have been checking and replacing fuel pumps and parts per the trouble code, which covers ererything from the fuel tank to the injectors. No luck, even the cummins engr have been unable to pin point the trouble. Every time they think it's fixed it comes on during a test ride. Thursday they had a test ride and it was ok. Stayed over nite and when getting ready to leave it was running at idle and the lite is on again. They have been working for five and a half days! They plan on pulling the fuel tank on Mon.
Any one have this problem,or any ideas?

We have a 2002 MADP with the ISL 370.
We were getting intermittent check engine lights also. Our coach was showing some engine power symptoms. Our coach died on the side of Interstate 65 south of Montgomery Al. Got towed to Freightliner of Montgomery and after diagnosis they replaced the injection pump. Ouch!!
Well we drove to Denver and then Fruita, Co. About an hour from Fruita the same problems occurred. I limped to Freightliner of Grand Junction and got no clear diagnosis.They replaced the fuel filter and said we would be better off at a shop in Fredrick, Co. The check engine light would still come on but the coach had good power. The shop in Fredrick found debris in the fuel supply pump, changed the pump and added a pre-filter before the supply pump. well since then, about 7,000 miles, I'm still having the check engine light come on. I had a freightliner shop hook into the diagnostic plug to see the error code. Low fuel pressure.
I'm thinking the pre-filter is causing the issue however will be back in Fredrick in June and will have them give me a follow up. The coach performs well but the check light is annoying. Still hoping to get this resolved.
I guess this may not help but you're not alone when it comes to annoying intermittent problems.

After 1 1/2 weeks at Cummins i Fla, and a lot of fuel system parts being changed, the lite is off.
But know one can say what the problem was or what part cleared the problem.
Only hope it doesn't happen again.
