I have winnebago with the 5.9 cummins. The waste gate rotted out and you can not buy a waste gate with out buying the whole turbo setup. This is ridiculus.

While doing it. Get a Banks turbo kit for more HP.

OK...sorry if I sounded like a jerk. I am not really well versed in this area but here are some ads for waste gate actuators. Maybe I am missing something but I don't know if this is what you are speaking of or not.
