Cummins ISL 400 CCV-breather filter
To avoid future problems I think I need to replace this filter. How best to do this and how often does it need to be replaced?
2007 Cummins ISL 400 hp with 75,000 miles

Yep it needs to be replaced just remove the bolts on top of the valve cover and replace it
