Cummins ISL 400 Fault code 0539

Grumpy 1 Junior Member Join Date: Aug 2010 Posts: 1	Check engine light w/ warning sound stays on after pre check of instrument panel but before starting engine. Found fault code of 0539 (8 counts). Apparently it's a failure of a device called a transorb suppressor. Was told NOT to start the engine because of ECM failure. Any help out there? Where is the ECM located on a ISL 400? Thanks __________________
