Cummins ISX Serpentene Belt: Need the Gates HD part number?
2004 Cummins ISX 525 (CM 870)
Cummins Quick Serve lists the Fan drive belt as number FA1752 which then opens to 3682893. When you click on 3682893, it opens another page that then lists both 3682893 and 3100189.
The Gates cross reference guide does not list a replacement for 3682893, but then crosses 3100189 over to K120911HD.
Has anyone tried the Gates K120911HD belt and did it fit?
Also, do you have the part number for the air conditioner compressor belt?

Belts like for the air con seem to vary a lot and several will fit and work fine.
My ISX is a CM871 so it might be a totally different belt. No idea about the crossover #'s

I have the CM871 same as Mr. D and the number on mine is K060637

Hypoxia, do you have the Sanden AC compressor? I too am changing belts and I can read the Cummins #3100189 on my alternator belt, but the AC belt number has worn off.

Expansion Valve UAC EX 9441C
A/C Belt Cummins 3682687 Gates K060630
My big belt is a different number and is 0.83" shorter than yours-
Gates K120903HD

Our 2004 ISX uses these belts:
Gates HD part numbers: K060630 for AC, and  K120911HD (91 ¾” longby 1 21/32” wide) main belt.
The new Gates HD belt has a Kevlar base and I'm told it will out last any three other belts made.

I’m getting my new compressor installed next week and wanted to know if you guys know approximately how much Freon this system holds? That way I can give my mechanic a ball park to work from. Thanks in advance for the help!! Randy
