I first read that study a few days after it was posted to the website. I found it very interesting that B2 (2% biodiesel) is the best lubricant for diesel fuel, and that is the main reason biodiesel is blended in at the terminals when filling tanker trailers; it replaces lost lubricity during the refining process that removes sulphur.
My Chevy Duramax now has over 143,xxx miles (over 80,xxx towing a 15,xxx# 5er) and I've never put any additive in the fuel tank that wasn't already in the fuel when pumped.
