Engine fault code 3582

I have a Tiffin Allegro Red 2012 with 24,000 miles bought used with 5,800 in February 2015.

I got a check engine light, which at Cummins say a fault code 3582, problem with DEF.

So far estimate $4,000; should this be covered by warranty?

Go some where else to have it checked out. FREIGHTLINER or good truck service center. Cummins is most expensive place to go.
Old or bad DEF? Use Walmarts, cheaper and stock rotates faster.
