ISX 15 vs x 15

Has the X 15 cured the problems that the ISX 15 had?

The first update was August 2014, then in April 2015 another update was put in place.

Do you know your engine number? Anything after 79832078 has the current items. Anything after 79764260 has the updated valves.

The catch on the older ISX's us that the parts were streamlined in. The older parts were used first then, when those ran out they used the new ones and Cummins has no way of tracing when the new valves actually went into which heads or at least not to those outside the company.
