Does this happen when the brakes are applied or when you get off the accelerator with no pressure on the brake pedal?
Safe journeys...

If you suspect that the noise is the J-Brake then turn it off and see if the noise goes away. Your coach will have a J-Brake and not an exhaust brake.

This happens when you get off the accelerator with no pressure on the brake pedal. By the way when the system is turned off the noise goes away, looks like I have answer the problem, or could it be normal, the reason I said that. I called cummins they said it was normal ?..............
