Location of air filter

I have a 2012 Tiffin bus with 450 hp cummins engine. What is the part number for the air filter and how do you rest the flow indicator.

As for location I can't really help there but it's big enough if you look around the engine compartment and follow the 6" or 7" hose back from the intake manifold I'm sure you'll find it.
Chances are it's an Ecolite filter with 7" Inlet and outlet. These are a Bic Lighter kind of filter meaning the whole canister is replaced.
Use the attached chart to determine which filter you have. They are all made by Farr Ecolite and sold by Fram, Donaldson, Fleetgard etc.
To reset the filter minder, push up on the bottom of the device to release the piston inside.

You can find this filter on EBay or Amazon in addition to truck parts suppliers. The manufacture recommends a three year maximum shelf life on this filter.

Don't recomnend to go by the indicator for replacement. Rather replace the filter every 3 years no matter if the indicator says it's ok. The filters can deteriorate over time, sending pieces of itself into your engine - a very, very bad thing.
