Fuel burn is up to the driver and his foot weight and speed all figure in to the final answer.
I would guess 7.5-8.5 mpg average if not towing a heavy toad 4,000 lbs or under.
My ISM500 , 30,000 lb with 4,000 toad pickup average 8.3 mpg driving 70-75 mph, but very easy to get it into the upper numbers, just slow a little.

We own an '06 Mandalay 40E with the Cummins ISL 400 hp. The Silverleaf program shows we have averaged 7.8 mpg over the last 6,000 miles. The Freightliner MMC shows an average of 7.1 since new, but the I suspect the original owner didn't drive it very economically. 7.1 is a bit low, even for these big coaches.

You're gonna love that coach!

Well, you can expect 15 mpg, but you're going to get between 7 and 8 usually, but it depends a lot on how YOU drive.
Cummins testing has shown a 30% spread between the best and worst drivers. It is what it is.

We've been scooting around for 6 years now with our 2005 Mandalay 40E powered by a Cummins ISL 400. We average 7.5 to 7.8 mpg without towing, and we average 6.5 to 7.0 mpg towing our 10,000 pound enclosed trailer. I use the cruise control as much as feasible, and never exceed 65 mph. Enjoying every bit while we can!
Cheers
