I have an new Cummins Factory replacement Exhaust Manifold to install on my B5.9 and prior to installing it I want to drill and tap for a future Pyrometer probe. What size hole and tap should I use, also where is the best place to place the future probe for the most accurate and responsive readings?

I would ask Cummins for their input. It is their motor design. I would assume it would be after the exhaust side of the turbo, but that is just a guess! I would also ask Brazel's or other vendor's on this site!

Good Luck
