Quick Serve Useless for me

I've heard a lot here about all the information available on Cummins Quick Serve...and the Cummins shop where my coach has found a new home even touted it. So I got an account with my engine serial number - get zero, zip, squat. Engine too old I guess. I know there are a lot of experienced folks here with older units like mine...is there a work-around or am I out of luck?

Thanks.

Are you on the desktop or mobile site? The desktop seems easier to navigate

I never have any issues, and mines a 1999 year engine.

I can find my 1994 engine will most of the parts. Some of the accessories (i.e., PacBrake) don't show up, but the rest do, I'd double check the engine S/N and try again.

that was the kind of info that i needed - that some of you with older engines are getting "stuff". I put in a "trouble ticket" or whatever Cummins calls it about my issue...nothing heard but crickets chirping thus far. Maybe its my browser?? I'm running Firefox...but I don't think that has anything to do with it. Using my laptop - no mobile devices.

I own a 2002 Monaco Windsor with a 8.3 ISC Cummins.

I registered with the Cummins Quickserve site probably 3 years ago and have downloaded a number of diagrams and documents including a complete service manual which is 1200 pages.

If you are not seeing any info something isn't right.

After creating an account and putting in your engine SN you should see 5 tabs,
Parts
Service
My Profile
Products
News

I mostly used the Parts & Service tabs.

When I look up a part and a diagram is displayed I will print to PDF and save it in my files. Manuals can be downloaded.

Well worth your efforts to figure out how to access and use the site.

Quickserve won't give you codes, however it will allow you to enter a code you may have and it will interpret it.

Yours is a 2002 year model engine? As suggested, double check serial number and try again. I'm able to see all there is, complete service and parts manuals, trouble shooting information, technical service bulletins etc....

OK, its working now! Logged in today and was taken to a totally different page with access to tons of good info...including DTC codes. Maybe it just took a couple of days to fully register my account..??

Or maybe I'm a little last century with the tech stuff!!

Thanks everybody!

If you have a Onan gen-set you can enter s/n there as well. It's just below the area where the engine s/n ...
