Quickserve.cummins.com not much help?

After putting in my engine serial number, actually very few parts actually show, compared to what I was expecting. For example, the serpentine belt isnít even listed, just the tensioner.

I was hoping it would be a valuable resource to all the parts on the engine, but not so much.

Is this what others have found as well ?

Thanks.

I found the same thing. There's not a lot of usable information on filters, belts, etc. I took a photo of the numbers on my belts and used those to order spares from Amazon.

I agree. I had a part that I needed for my generator. I even had their part number. No Dice! If they are going to offer info and parts, they need to do better than this!

Not sure who built your chassis. I got the best info on filters and belts by calling Spartan.

My particular engine serial number does not work at all on Quickserve or the new parts.cummins.com. I am waiting for it to be fixed.

Many of the parts you'd think were Cummins...are actually suppied and installed by the coach builder.
I got my serpentine info from Freightliner.
