You May want to verify if these lines are copper. Diesel fuel and copper do not play well together. Maybe there a copper coloured plastic line?

OP, you say 2007 year model coach....I can be just about be positive that the fuel lines ain't copper.

I'm betting they're brown nylon fuel line.

You've change filters a few more times, power get any better?

Copper color plastic lines steel tank.
Going to drive it later this morning

Try this.

In neutral with parking brake on. Push accelerator pedal to floor, is max rpm less then 2000 ?

Does engine made a lot of dry White cloudy smoke ?

2007 cummins 5.9 lift pump ?

Sorry took so long to reply. Took a while to replace the lift pump. Just got back from a short trip . Seems good. Leaving for a longer trip shortly. I will let you all know when I get back.
