Was wondering, shouldn't my scangauge D display actual horsepower. the highest I was ever to reach is 120 HPW. the engine is 99 ISB 5.9 turbo rated at 275 horsepower. if this is accurate should I need to look into engine performance? I have all new filters including air, no turbo gauge, only had the motorhome a little while and put on the scangauge before this trip. I am getting 9.7 mpg pulling the pontoon boat though

No way for it to actually measure HP, it only goes by how the unit is programmed. If it's not set for your engine it will give false readings. If it is set correctly then it can indeed give readings that will clue you in that something is wrong.

Did you do a ECM dump and fax that info into Scangauge? There are many gauges that can be programmed in to the Xgauges. More than you will use. Like the turbo boost %.
