Not sure what you mean by service, but I've had them do a number of things on my coach. I do my own oil changes, cooling system checks and transmission filters and such, but Burton has done some warranty work on my ISL and also some recalls. I also buy all my filters, and other parts from them and have not been disappointed in their prices or work quality. They service a TON of school buses, so can have a considerable backlog of work at certain times of the year. Call and talk to them.

Pigman1, thank you for your response. I am a newbie that purchase my RV last October. The previous owner had it serviced in April 2017. I traveled to Virginia and Florida. Next January, we are going west. The service will be oil change & lube, antifreeze flushed and replaced with a Cummins product, also a transmission fluid replacement. Just wondering if anybody had a bad experience?

Thanks again,
Pat M
