Palehorse, thanks. Called but not much help. Will try again today.

Select, thanks. I don't think they allow a used part on a warranty matter but I will check.

Sorry, didn't dream up anything simply misread your post this morning as I prepared to continue making calls. When I get firm part numbers I will check the link.

In the first OP you never indicated this was a cummins warrenty issue
that's exactly why your having trouble as they will want it to come from their parts source only and their parts source obviously is out of stock
so its not like there is NO TURBOS available they(cummins) don't have one in their internal system
When I suggested my link I was not aware it was a cummins warrenty issue
like I said that's the supply problem

Cummins engines (RV)come with a 5 year warranty.........And the OP's Coach is a '14

Base Engine Warranty
The Base Engine Warranty covers any failures of the
engine which result, under normal use and service,
from a defect in material or factory workmanship
(Warrantable Failure). This coverage begins with the
sale of the engine by Cummins and continues for five
years or 100,000 miles (160,935 kilometers), whichever
occurs first, from the date of delivery of the engine to
the first user.

It's amazing how the initial lack of information causes such twists and turns and guesswork when members try to help the OP.

Yep, its easy to spin wheels on something that is complicated and first hand observations are not avail.

In my defense, my signature line indicates that my coach is a '14 so that should indicate a warranty matter without additional info.

Merry Christmas.

Traveler, some of us use iPads to read the forum and the signature line doesn't show, like it does on a PC. So, if I want to know what a poster is driving, I go to his profile. So, I understand where the confusion comes from.

I had to add a signature line for the iPad, which is different from my PC, to show up for another iPad user. I just now checked to find that both signature lines show on a PC. More confusion, but I'll work on it.

Just trying to help.

Still stranded. The part was suppose to arrive by last Friday, didn't happen and no one has a clue. Hoping things change after the holidays but just dealing with frustration. Plan on calling Tiffin to see if they can help as I've been told that Bob Tiffin is responsive to customers. I know it isn't a Tiffin issue but he may help.

I will be in touch with Cummins again and see what I can shake loose. I'm hoping to speak to a manager at FL and see what they can do. Until then it is just a wait game. Thanks for asking.
