Two center rubber square edge orings on center thread

Do not use Cummins Nashville.
I had three things done there
1) oil change. (Prior to starting the vehicle I checked the oil and it was 3/4"-1" above full mark
Inquired with service manager on duty. They put 24 qts in my 20qt system. Sent person to crawl under rig and drain out some oil

2) check coolant for proper SCA levels and provide that test level (added 12part SCA filter without testing (Too high SCA levels can corrode aluminum.

3) fuel filter change (recently noticed black specs in water bowl in primary cummins filter) took it off and the Nashville tech failed to remove the old oring but did add the new one so I had a two stack on the clean side of the primary. I replaced the filter using only the new oring on the center thread and I will watch for the specs again. I guess it's possible dirty fuel was getting past the stacked washers?
