What a coincidence my ECM is also the problem with my no start issue.

Had the RV towed to Pantropic in Miami and they said that an internal battery in the ECM can go bad and also moisture issues occur with rear engine units. Freightliner is emailing the trim file to Pantropic Cat. Dealer as Pantropic advised that sometimes the chassis manufacturer will change the motors parameters from the way it left Caterpillar.
