3126 CAT won't start
Parked motor home in storage in October. went to get it out in april and it won't start. changed batteries and fuel filter. Have good fuel at return line. don't have wait to start light or check engine light. Will run on either but notised rpm gage don't come off zero. I'm at a loss as I only parked and shut it off and now no start.

Welcome to iRV2 .
If you don't get the CEL or wait to start bulb check then there is a real possibility that the Cat . ECM, has a blown battery power fuse . In a lot of chassis this is an inline fuse between the batteries and the ECM , directly above the starter.
Going the need your coach and chassis info to be of any more help.
Here's a pdf for future reference.

As Skip said check for a wire coming off the pos of either the chassis batteries or the house batteries that has a in line fuse most are a red wire #14 gauge.
A blown fuse or bad connection and the ECM does not get power and will not start.

provega, you can set up a signature line, by clicking the " Quick Links " drop box under your welcome message, then " Edit Signature " type in your coach info , then click save at the bottom of the page , and your info will automatically appear below your posts , and you don't have to type it in with every question.
Page 7 of this file , shows the 20 amp fuse , inline to the ECM connector , and the ECM is grounded through two wires in the same 4 wire connector that supplies the power, so the ground connection needs to be checked if the fuse isn't blown.

What year coach, as that tells us, whether it is a VDC (3126E) or MMDC (C7).
What happens when you first turn the ignition key to "on"?
I mean tell us everything that you see and hear, please

I only get couple of lights. I think no air is one. I can go out and check. The buzzer for no air works. It will start on either but I seen the rpm tach stayed on zero.

Would the mechanic's starter box in the engine bay, if set to the wrong selection, cause this?

The original equipment fuse on my chassis , has been replaced and re-located so I'm not sure if the item in your picture is the fuse, or even if it is a fuse .
I have other wiring diagrams for my coach I'll see if I can match the item by the shape of the connector.
Did you find the item between the batteries and the engine?
