3126e / c 7 ?

I have the 330hp cat engine in a 2004 Journey 36G. From the brocure information it appears to have the 3126E. This is an late version of the 3126 engine and prior to the C7 engine correct? Is it likely to have the greaseable Fan hub?

Call your local Freightliner Dealer and have your engine serial number available. The dealer will tell you exactly which engine you have

my 3126e does have grease fitting just did a full service, air filter,fuel, air dryer, and full chassis grease.

In this photo, you will see a breather cap, a radiator water hose.
A pully is located just below here.
Located between the pulley and the cyl head would be the Zerk fitting.
Lacated by feel, or a flashlight and mirror, or better yet, call cat. with your eng. ser.#
Everything is yellow so its kinda hard to locate.

Looks like you may have to get in there and check it out. My 2004 did not have the zerk fitting.
