2006 fleetwood revolution with 400 hp cat that runs smooth but slugish. Also 6 to 6.5 mpg running easy in pa. Changed feul and air filters, no difference. Has anybody had this problem and found a fix.

Do you have a turbo boost pressure gauge or reading? If your turbo goes out the engine will run great but have no power.

Check with CAT to see if your engine has the latest program. CAT has made several programing updates since 2005 and you may need to get the latest one.

pa jim, make sure your cooling fan is not locked into the run mode. This sounds exactly like what happened to my AC Tradition.

PS, mine was in the wiring and set it into failsafe mode and ran all the time. A corroded two wire connector was the problem, $3.00 fix.

We are working on a Power upgrade for the Caterpiller C10-C16, so far we have great results with Power gains in the 190-220 ft lbs of torque range. We have also had positive results in fuel economy with gains of 15%. We would like a couple of other coaches for continued testing.
We are also able to upgrade the Cummins ISM & ISX motors, as well as the Detroit 60 Series, If You know anyone who has one & wants more power.
If interested give myself or Keith a call at 888-249-0124

Jim,
Since you a fairly new here, you may also want to go to CATRVCLUB : CAT RV CLUB
and post your question. Lots of people monitor this website and are helpful.
Good luck

pa.jim, is this a new problem or are you new to the coach ?
Many threads involving hidden fuel filters and screens; did you change 2 fuel filters ?
