Just a side note. A new tow company came to take my rv to freightliner today. He crawled under to take a look and immediately came back out and said we had a problem. Apparently the other tow company slid the picker under and lifter her up by the lower control arms and bent them.
They put it on a flatbed and took it to the shop where the mech's there said yup them are bent.
1. Yes the original tow company is going to pay for the fix, but aren't they supposed to have a little arc in them?
2. If you don't have a solid axle your pretty much safer to have it loaded on a flat back.
Total for fix $1,300.
