C-9 Defective Injectors?

From what I understand there was a period of time that CAT had a problem with injectors in the C-9 engine. What can you guys tell me about this issue? Were they repaired under warranty? How did they impact the drivability of the coaches? Was it a safety concern?

I have a 05 beaver Monterrey with a C9 had 3 different injectors fail at different intervals , all covered by Cat the milage was under 50,000 and coach age was under 5 years old. Now I have been told I am on my own by the local Cat dealer. I was always able to drive the coach to a dealer with poor performance. The repair takes 1 day to get the coach back on the road now I replace the fuel filters annually and add Marvel mystery oil, for I've been told all failures were fuel related.

How often and how much Marvel Mystery Oil do you use?

I must admit I use the glug system but roughly 4 oz per tankful 100 gals 1oz per 25 gals
