They could be old codes never cleared out or new ones. Are you having problems ?
73 = Cylinder 3 Fault or Cylinder 4 Fault Injector high or low current
31 = Loss of Vehicle Speed Signal Wheel based vehicle speed
15 = An Injection Actuation Pressure Sensor Circuit Fault
39 = Injection Actuation Pressure System Fault

Yes I'm having problems again. before I took it to the dealer because the motor was cutting off they changed the timing sensor and the 6 O-rings for the injectors plus an oil change and ended up paying $1375 months later it started to mess up again I took it to a body shop and they told me it was an injector #3 I changed it and it worked perfect again now weeks later the check engine light is coming up so I went on YouTube to check how to get the codes and that's what came up but before I take it to any mechanic or the dealer I wanna see if I can fix it myself to save some money. Do you know how I can clear the codes?

ScanGauge D is the only inexpensive way. Unless you go to a CAT, Freightliner or other Truck service with the correct software.
Since you have 15 and 39, my guess would be to try replacing the injector Actuator Pressure sensor (IAPS). Cost $160, plus the o'ring. Get it from CAT, also asked for the layout and location. Takes 15 minutes. The IAPS is used to tell the computer how high the oil pressure is. (up to 3000 psi). This oil pressure controls the fuel injectors flow rate. This could be causing what your issue.
By the way, the dirtier the oil, the more problems it can create with a CAT . Hope this helps

Great. We are leaving on another trip and I was debating weather I should change the oil or wait till I get back. I decided to wait ...............
As they say, I was a day late and a dollar short!
I'll change it as soon as I can now, or when Costco has it on sale again, which ever comes first!
Thanks for the comment Dale. I learned something today.

I changed both the Injection Actuation Pressure Sensor, and the one on the high presser oil pump, made all the difference very easy to get at and easy to change, then dump the oil and you may find your problems will be gone
