Help stuck in holbrook, arizona

I have a 1997 Beaver Monteray CAT 3126, around Winslow, AZ the water temp and tranny temp went way up..engine warning light came on cat then derated. Found anti freeze blown out the back, over flow tank had a crack in it. Filled it up and limped into Holbrook, now trying to find part number for overflow tank, Monaco was no help.. Cat helped on finding the thermostat #. Found a stamped # on the overflow tank it is a Ford part number, sure enough it is there part and will ship a overflow tank tomorrow. So thought I would have air filter and fuel filter changed...cannot find part # can anyone help with those #s.. I am at a Cummins Freightliner Diesel shop,,,but for what I need done they said we will take care of us. This happened two years ago with another coach, stuck in Van Horn, Texas...My wife still loves me.
