Any suggestions as to why no amps appear to be drawn with the switch on? The switch is located on the interion control panel on mine. Thanks.
Good chance the engine block heater is unplugged. It's located in the electrical compartment. Look for a receptacle in there, and possibly a male 3-prong plug hanging down.

Interesting post;; We were on a caravan Several of the coachs mentioned that around the evening happy hour;; Some would fire right away some would crank 5or 6 turns before they fired.. What we determaned was the owners that were having problems were Stepping on the peddels Fuel/diesel/gas/break, Before cranking the engine; It seems it was disrupting something in the system and they started harder;; When they just got in turned the ignition on for 3/5 seconds. Turned to start they fired right up;;.. Most of us are used to having to pump the accelator/brake peddel 3/6 times. In the newer engine this is/should NOT be done. life is good.
