Anyone have any experiance with fixing a leaking oil dipstick tube on a Cat C7 where it enters the block near the pan? Is there an O ring that can be replaced or what?

Sammie...there doesn't seem to be much information about the C7 dipstick tube. You may want to contact these folks. They also have an on-line chat that you might be able to ask them about your problem and even order the part.

Thanks MonacoMama, I went on the Freightliner chat last night and was able to get an answer from Freightliner Service. They said I would probably need to change the dipstick tube and that would require pulling the starter for access.
