Max RPM for Cat C-7

My 37' TropiCal has a Cat C-7 350 HP Diesel. My Tachometer has no indicator or "Red-Line" & I would like to know what the maximum safe RPM is.

2,400 rpm redline and also max hp,
860 ft lbs of torque at 1,440 rpm

And 2,600-2,800 when the exhaust brake is on and activated.
