Anyone ever remove and replace their turbo?

How much am I looking at to replace mine?

My wastegate valve is frozen in what I think is wide open position.

Not sure of the cost but I have been told it is expensive. What makes you think the valve is stuck open? Are you talking the return line back to the oil pan. Mine was leaking at the return and it cost me around $150.00 including the kit and labor to have it fixed. Have you contacted CAT?

Actually my waste gate was frozen in position. I managed to get it freed up without removing the turbo.
