That 58 qt drain pan is nice. My engine holds 40 qts.
so...
I wonder how heavy that drain pan is when full - and how easy/hard it would be to lug it to the autoparts store in your car or suv, and then get up onto their oil recovery tank to drain.

On my last oil change, I put the old oil into the gallon jugs that the new oil came in. Then I took those 10 one-gallon jugs to autoparts store to dispose of. That was a chore (thankfully there was a shopping cart available).

Easy for me, 7 gal of oil is about 56 lbs. The container is only a few lbs and has really good handles and 2 guys can easily dump it.

I buy the oil for tractors and motorhome in 2 1/2 gallon containers that have a wide opening and cap. I can easily pour the old oil into the 2 1/2 gal containers and carry/dump them into the recycling tank. Oil weighs around 7.5+- pounds per gallon.

Tractor supply has the best price on Rotella T5 & T6. Plus Shell is offering a $12.50 or $17.50 rebate on a 2.5 gallon jug.
