Job 1 change your fuel filters. Make sure to pre-fill them.

Code 58 shows a " Powertrain Data Link Fault " but my engine manual doesn't list reduced power as a condition .

I'd say check the connections at the firewall connection for the TPS ( Throttle Positioning Sensor ) the engine ECM may not be getting a good signal from the dash.
Then check all the wiring on the engine , from the ECM ( located on the passenger side of the block ) to all the engine mounted sensors.

It would appear you went into limp mode? What’s the temperature showing? Maybe a bad sensor. Do you have a scan gauge that can be used to test % of throttle. (Is the fan belt their?)

Lose of power things to check air leaks in hose and air to air cooler and all clamps.
Both fuel filters

Search on this form for cat loss of power their is another sensor that you could e unpluged and will restore power

Hope this helps.
