Does anyone know what Is a power harness and what exactly does, increase power or just fuel economy? Any info would be great, thanks Joe.

Joe... I might suggest you contact either Redlands or Brazels and ask them if no one comes in here to answer you. I have a feeling that they might be able to tell you.

The "Power Harness" is basically just a resistor put in line with the fuel temp sensor. It will gain you some power, I hear it hurts the mileage a little bit and it also will blow black smoke when switching gears and when you put the hammer down. It's an easy & cheap upgrade if you feel it is worth it.
