I Should have said a 1998 Vintage 3060 ! The folks at Allison don't seem to have anything except the info on the Generation 4 I'm thinking that the 98 may be Generation 2!

Rob, I've got a '98 Vectra with the 3060 transmission and I've got the original Operator's Manual. At least, it is dated 6/97. I'll compare it with the currently available manual and see if there are significant differences. If so, I'll scan it to a pdf file, contact you and email you a copy.

Rob, the copy Dick posted is dated 9/97 while mine is 6/97. My pub# is SA2157H while his is SA2157J. I won't bother to copy and post mine his should be good for you.
