Allison transmission on kenworth truck C500

We have problem with Allison transmission on kenworth truck C500. At the first time the pump drive hub P/No.29515650 and damaged ground sleeve p/no. 29516490 has been replaced. After installation of transmission we road tested the vehicle. We did only 60 KM and transmission failed. After disassembling of the transmission we found the C1 clutch completely burnt. The friction and reaction plates were stuck to gather. This happened three times to this transmission. The lube holes are cleaned. We donít know why this happened three times to this transmission.
If anyone can help us to diagnose this problem will be highly appreciated. Thanks

Was the work performed by Kenworth or Allison Transmission?

Not really being totally familiar with your transmission or smaller ones I 'm thinking or wondering to myself if they cleaned the oil cooler and lines after they did the other repairs.

How old or how many miles are on the unit?

Maybe they did not line the lube holes correctly when the ground sleeve was installed.
