Unhappy Need Help ASAP. Cateyes on Allison Transmission ECU Shifter

[SIZE="4"]I have a 1993 Winnebago that had no issues until I just needed to replace all 3 batteries. I replaced the batteries and now it will start sometimes and sometimes it acts like all batteries are dead and wont start at all. I've checked and double checked all cables and even replaced cables. When it does start the shifter will blink either cat eyes or stays blank. I can not shift and get no response from shifter. Sometimes is flashes different numbers or letters but nothing constant and will only blink for about 2 seconds and then blank. I've traced all wiring and can not figure it out. I can't get it to move to take it to a shop so I need help. I'm supposed to be heading out of town in 3 days for a big trip and can't get this thing to work. Anyone have any ideas at all???

Welcome to iRV2 .

Sorry you're here with problems .
I haven't had this issue my self but another post about the cats eye symbol was due to low power to the Allison module , don't know if that member tracked down his problem .
If all was fine before the battery replacement , go back and re-check all connections and cable locations.
There are also some hidden fuses in the older WETC II system that would be worth checking .
Two , 10 amp fuses on the control board.
