I have a 92 Gulfstream Tourmaster with a çummins/ allison combo. The tranny is a 6 speed push button MD 3060. I noticed it shifting hard especially 2-3 between 1at 1850 RPMs and found that the TPS (throttle Position sensor) linkage broke rendering it unoperating. I reconnected it and it now shifts at 2100 rpms. Is 2100 too high for a diesel? What is (redline) Maximum rpm on a cummins diesel?

IF it is a 5.9b - you are good to go.
Mine shifts at 2100 rpm too.
