Transmission lab report says oxidation elevated

I had Allison 4000 (with 50000 miles on the clock) trans fluid tested at a CAT dealer today. The report says an elevated oxidation (71) is shown but all other parameters are within normal range. Is this something worth of concern? Just want to make sure... Thanks!

Have you called the Lab for their opinion?

Maybe this will be helpful:

Thanks Martin! That link is good.
Yes I did talk to them. As they said on the report, the higher oxidation is typically resulted from higher temp of transmission. What caused the high temp is beyond their knowledge.

I've test my fluids every year. The lab is really looking for a trend, at least that's is what they explained to me. I remember one year, one of the parameters spiked, but for many years after that, it was normal.

Did they recommend changing the fluids?
