Trouble starting engine

Anyone have problem with nuetral switch. Have 2001 32T Journey. Have to jiggle shifter position several times to get ignition contact. Repaired once, can I adjust ??

Repaired once??? If you have the 1k2k series with NSBU switch you will need a special tool to adjust.

verbatim from invoice---sept of 2001 Bracket on trans bent light on shifter unop 2.0 t/s Found bracker on trans bent that holds shifter cable. Remove and straighten an reinstall now shifting into reverse also found light for shifte unop pull shifter panes and found wire straighened so tight that light not making contact sut sier ties and put more slack in line now light working.
Only reference to what I have is MD 3060-3560 Allison in my paperwork
