Extended Service plans

Anyone have any information on " Extended Warranty Service plan's " ?
I am looking at FAS For my 6.0 truck " Fidelity Automotive Solutions" Its not cheep but just for piece of mind & incase of a big repair job.. Anyone use them ? Question

I would look into the genuine Ford ESP. They offer a 7yr 200K engine only warranty as well as other bumper to bumper plans. Search online, Ford ESP is available from many sources and the price varies. I wouldn't have much confidence in aftermarket ESP's.

I was told by ford because my truck is an 04, 6 years old I dont qualify

ESP's provide much fodder for the help columns in many of the RV mags. They are a poor investment. Most often, if the premium amount had been set aside, the unexpected repair would have been afforded anyway. Good luck!!

Sorry, I just noticed it's a F550. They do still have coverage for up to the F450's.
