Powerstrokehelp

In the past week I have had a very strange encounter with these people. It started with leaving a voicemail with my name and number and a brief description of the problem I have. After not receiving a return call 2 days later. I sent an email that was answered within 24 hours asking for my name and number which I replied to. Two days go by and no call so I emailed them again. All of the emails I sent were threaded together. Today I got an email telling me that they can't call me without a number and do not call us any more and have a nice life????! I really don't know what to think about this chain of events but I will surely never call them again! IMO anyone thinking of calling them should be made aware of this kind of customer service. Rant over!

Consider it a blessing, I'll leave it at that.

Post your issue on the 6.0 forum at ford-trucks.com someone there will be able to point you to a shop or an easy diy fix.

No doubt my friend. I did alittle digging and I'm glad I did. Would never go there now! Just needed alittle tweaking good to go now.

x2! That group has been caught out with bad advice more than once. The Ford-trucks forum and a couple sources on YouTube (e.g. DieselTechRon, Sr. Master Tech) are great choices for info on the 6.0.

Sadly DieselTechRon passed away in a auto accident not to long ago. Here's another site that has been of great help to me over the years 6.0L Power Stroke Engine and Drivetrain - Diesel Forum - TheDieselStop.com
