Help with setting my power up

I'm new here. Hiiii guys! Well, the way how things look so far I will have to live in a vehicle. I've got most plans set up except for my power. I just don't know how to do the math for it.

Say if I want to run a mini fridge (145 watts) and an ac/heating unit (115 volts) and still have power left over for other things like a laptop, cell phone, and single electric burner..... How many deep cell batteries would I need and how many solar panels would I need to get the power for those batteries?

Any help is highly appreciated
